Silicon Lifecycle began with a simple observation from our founder, Salman Lakhani. After years of sourcing and supplying enterprise IT hardware through Direct Macro, we saw organizations retiring valuable servers, networking equipment, storage, and components without always having a clear path to recover their remaining value. We realized that the same market knowledge used to source enterprise technology could also help determine where retired technology should go next. That insight became the foundation of Silicon Lifecycle, combining IT asset recovery, remarketing, reuse, and responsible disposition with a deep understanding of enterprise hardware and secondary-market demand.
